It is very easy to skip small things that have big beneficial impacts. This can range from skipping sleep or meals, to not making time for relaxation, hobbies, and other stress-reduction. When you do this, you reduce your ability to handle stress. Not only do you become less productive, but your body and mind eventually start to break down under the strain. Jonathan shares how this occurs and some simple steps to start getting back on track.
