Apex Counseling is located at 160 Fayette Street in downtown Morgantown. It is convenient to the Walnut PRT station and is only one block away from the downtown campus, located directly across from the Fayette Street parking lot.

When you come in, you’ll find a set of double doors straight ahead. Go through those, then keep walking past the water fountain. Stick to the right side of the stairs, and you’ll arrive at the waiting room where your therapist will come get you for your scheduled appointment. We do not take walk-in appointments, so please contact us via phone or email to schedule an appointment.
