Rates and Insurance

Rates

Our rate for therapy sessions is $175 per 45-60 minute session.

Each clinician has their own no-show and late cancellation fee, which can be up to the full session fee. Charges for fees in addition to therapy (i.e., document preparation, involvement in client litigation, etc.) will be negotiated individually with your therapist.

In-Network Insurance

For clients utilizing health insurance, we are in-network with the following insurances:

  • PEIA
  • Peak Health
  • Highmark/Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Your therapist will submit billing to your insurance provider to seek payment for services. In the event that your insurance does not pay for services, you generally become responsible for payment.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If we are not in-network with your insurance company, you can still request reimbursement from your insurance yourself, or through third-party services such as Mentaya or Reimburify. We are more than happy to provide you with a SuperBill and the necessary documentation to seek reimbursement.

We have chosen to be in-network with only a few insurances due to the low pay rates and the general hassle from insurance companies that are not among those listed above. By working with only a few insurance companies, our clinicians can dedicate more time to planning and treating clients, which is our main priority.

Private Pay

We also accept private pay in the form of cash, check or credit card, for individuals who would rather pay for services out of pocket.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for the services provided to you. It is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon the initiation of therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your GFE, you may dispute or appeal the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
