You can find all kinds of advice about how to help yourself with depression, or most other mental health issues, on the internet. The problem is that much of it is overgeneralized, which ends up making it useless to a great many people. In this video, Jonathan “fixes” much of it by adding in concepts that often aren’t discussed, such as how long it might take. As always, if you’re experiencing depression and are having trouble getting out of it, consult a mental health professional in your area for assistance.
